JULY 1-2 Zentangle Landscape 2 day Mini Camp.

930-12:00 Grades 4-8

Come enjoy the artform of Zentangle!

Explore the possibilities with Zentangle Landscapes.

Students will learn the basics of the Zentangle method for creating beautiful artwork by using repetitive patterns. We will work first on small Zentangle Tiles to learn the method and some tangle patterns. Then the landscape opportunities are endless! We can use black and white or color in these imaginative landscapes!

The Zentangle Method is a simple and relaxed way to create beautiful images while promoting focus and concentration. Students will learn to expand their imagination, trust their creativity, and enjoy the process, without focusing on the outcome.

Lynne Noseworthy

Lynne has been drawing and painting since childhood. As a high school graduate she was awarded a full scholarship towards a Fine Arts program and spent the next several years pursuing a fine arts degree. She has worked in a professional training and development role for most of her adult life, however her love for creating beautiful images has never waned. She discovered Zentangle in 2012 while attending watercolor classes with a local artist who was also a Zentangle enthusiast. Around that same time she began a regular yoga and meditation practice and found this new art form to be a perfect complement to her new lifestyle of health and wellness. Lynne is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) who thoroughly enjoys seeing her students surprise and delight as they transform a blank page or “tile” into a beautiful work of art!
