Tami Sciola

Tami has been drawing, painting, and creating works of art since childhood. She is both self-taught and she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Framingham State College, MA (now known as Framingham State University), majoring in Clothing and Textiles and minoring in Art. After a brief career in the fashion industry, Tami furthered her studies and interest in drawing by attending continuing education classes at The Massachusetts College of Art and Design, The Museum of Fine Arts School, and The New Hampshire Institute of Art. Her specialty is creating detailed pencil portraits of people and animals!

Now, after many years of drawing and exhibiting, Tami enjoys sharing her gift with others by teaching and passing along what she has learned. Her hope in teaching others is to bring out talents that students may not realize they possess, ignite that spark of creativity inside, and most importantly, give students of ALL ages the confidence to let their inner artist shine.
